12ph22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice. Players are responsible for ensuring that their chosen payment method is valid and registered in their own name.
The minimum deposit amount on 12ph22 is Philippine Peso (₱) 100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification level. 12ph22 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and Maya. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagers placed on excluded games will not contribute toward wagering requirements.
12ph22 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing equal and opposite bets to reduce wagering risk ("bonus hedging"), or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
Bonus funds that are not used or have not met wagering requirements within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the Player's account without notice or compensation.

12ph22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: a Player is found to have violated these Terms; there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; a regulatory authority or law enforcement body requires us to do so; or the Player's account poses a compliance, financial, or reputational risk to the platform.
Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance — net of any bonuses and pending wagers — will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable verification requirements. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure. 12ph22 is not liable for any losses arising from the suspension or closure of an account in accordance with these Terms.
